day one of wushu~

last nite, alrdy came to yiyi's hse lerhhs;D
then we went to bed at arnd.
11.30pm
but at 12.28am i was still awake.
i could slp):
its not that im not tired ,thats all.

well, this morning woke up at arnd.7am?or7.30am?idk
bathed,brushed teeth & ate breakfast.
went to wushu class,
was alittle late =]
but there were ppl later so nvms.
then we changed into the wushu pants they gave us
in the goodie bag.
ther was , strawberry drink(which i changed wif enre to pineapple)
towel.
wushu pants.
and a booklet( i think thats all lahh)
so we muz lik bring it everyday to the wushu thing;D haha!!
well, there were 4 older girls frm nanyang sec.
they were, kaiqi,peiling(joanna)then the other two i dunno because they were not our group(:
hahas! kaiqi. and i did try sparring each other as the guy i was suppose to spare was lik super short so is lik WEIRD.
=.= lols.
well. actually there were oni 2 other p6(s) ther the others were lik quite small.
they called the other group 'BIG?' coz, they learnt wushu b4.
then our group they keep calling lik 'xiao deh!'
im lik.. errr. xiao?
got very smallmeh?

aniways.
their group name was,'flying mushroom'
which is OKAY.
if u laugh at their name wait till u hear ours.

comeon... 5/6 yrs old tot of it.
well, enre and joseph was against it.(: they wanted starwars.
aniway.
then we watched a performance.
and then we went for an exibhition to see all the wushu weapons & etc.
quite cool.

ate lunch at 110.30pm
then, err.. ?
rest for one hr.
then ehhhhh...
i think had training(:
finally. we did basic wushu! FUN lahhs!
aft that we played a game.
got to run.
then ehhh..
they gather us in front then rest.
aft so. we did the sparring(:
i loved that !

so yaa!.
then aft tat we did a debrief,
and writing of some stuff in the booklet.
THEN we went hme.); aww..
i miss wushu alrdy.

haha.
the zan ma bu was HARDD
but i think its lik proper warm up,muscle stretch properly.
its cool!
the oni problem is that im scared to nite i will have muscle pain ):

i called her handphone& house phone but then she nvr answer .
im sad..
i hope she calls b4 i slp man.
or else i'll b real sad.
